Instruction is based in the Hatha style of yoga.  Hatha is a physical practice that uses postures to explore the true nature of body and mind.  It unites opposite patterns within the body and breath and through the postures, you are able to open up the core of the body for observation.  As a result of paying attention to the subtleties of the body, you gain deeper insight, awareness and transformation.

The practice integrates anatomy and functional movement so postures can be executed in the most ideal way to strengthen your physical and mental being.

The practice also incorporates Yoga philosophy which looks to nature and everyday experiences to stimulate and focus the mind. It allows you to look within to seek  deeper connection within your own being, others, and the world around you.
